Mission
HNF aims to provide high quality, comprehensive and affordable nurse-led home healthcare services. We will do this through care-coordination, caregiver training and education. We will deliver our service to the best of our ability, with compassion and respect, and in a caring and professional manner.

About
HNF provides home healthcare services including home nursing, home medical, home therapy and social support to patients in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

HNF was formed as a voluntary welfare organisation (VWO) on 2 October 1976 by the then Minister of Health, Dr Toh Chin Chye, to address the urgent need for cost-effective home-nursing services to the large numbers of citizens coping with ailments living in the rural areas. Since September 1996, we have been a member of the Health Endowment Fund, a gazetted Institution of Public Character (IPC) administered by the Ministry of Health.

Founded in 1976, Home Nursing Foundation (HNF) is one of the largest and most established home nursing and healthcare service providers in Singapore. It is also the only provider that operates islandwide in Singapore. HNF delivers comprehensive care programmes that are dedicated to our patients, regardless of their income level.

From nursing to medical care, to looking after patients’ social well-being and other practical daily needs, we bring care and support into the homes of those in need.
